Mike Anderson

Mike drives change from design through implementation with a people-first approach. He has solved operational challenges and enhanced client capabilities for over 10 years, delivering results and building trust through calm, collaborative leadership and strong, empathetic communication.  With experience across retail, supply chain, financial services, FinTech, education, and the public sector, Mike identifies patterns and shares perspectives that enable leaders to maximize the potential of their teams. Mike is a CPA, CMA with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Away from work, Mike loves spending quality time with his family. He also loves all things sport. He is a world champion curler, focused on growing the sport as a Curling Ontario board member, a coach, and by introducing new curlers to the sport.
