TORONTO, May 31, 2022 - Carly Rian Group (“CRG") is proud to announce we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® for a second year in a row after an independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive anonymous survey about their workplace experience and a thorough review of our company culture.
“We are deeply committed to our team and culture as a key differentiator. CRG continues to grow at an accelerated pace but we remain steadfast in our commitment to maintain our core values and principles to consistently drive firm and client success. Our greatest strength is our people.”
- Adam Godfrey, Managing Partner
CRG is committed to a pragmatic approach to support our team members through a hybrid work model. We focus on optimizing our virtual/remote operating model to meet staff needs by regularly engaging team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and company-wide surveys. The commitment to support our team ensures our culture thrives and is highly engaged, directly contributing to client satisfaction. We continue to deploy training, most recently in communications and presentations, to ensure we are regularly enhancing our skills. We also developed programs to stay connected in the virtual and real-world, including regular ‘all hands’ update meetings, monthly in-person social activities as well as team celebration dinners. Our focus on employee wellness includes self-service training and tools for personal and professional development as well as a commitment to offline time including extended long weekends year-round.
“CRG’s tremendous culture as well as the trust and support of my colleagues are a large part behind why I have dedicated the last decade of my career to CRG. Every CRG employee rated “camaraderie” as a reason why CRG is a Great Place to Work validating how I’ve felt since I joined 10 years ago.”
- Sunil Sandhu, Principal Consultant
