As CRG continues to grow, so does our commitment to investing in the people who make that growth possible.

This year, that commitment took a significant step forward as members of the CRG team attended The Art of Leadership Women, Canada's premier women's leadership conference. The event brought together hundreds of professionals from across industries for a day of learning, inspiration, and connection focused on advancing women in leadership. Attendees heard from an impressive lineup of speakers, including entrepreneur Joanna Griffiths, former Minister for Women and Gender Equality Marci Ien, leadership expert Ashley Herd, workplace wellbeing specialist Nidhi Tewari, and Harvard Business School professor Dr. Leslie John. Together, they explored topics ranging from high-performing teams and workplace culture to resilience, communication, trust, and leading through change.

For CRG, supporting attendance at this conference was about more than professional development – it was about reinforcing our commitment to creating pathways for future leaders.

The conference provided attendees with actionable leadership frameworks, practical tools, and fresh perspectives on navigating today's evolving workplace.

At CRG, we recognize that professional success is not built on technical skills alone. Access to strong networks, mentorship opportunities, and communities of support plays a critical role in career advancement. Creating opportunities for women to engage with these spaces is an important part of fostering long-term growth and leadership development.

“It was energizing to not only see accomplished women on stage sharing their stories, but to also be in a room with hundreds of professional women beside me. The whole day felt like a reminder of the impact that diverse leadership perspectives can have on people, teams, and organizations.”Madeleine Nolan, Senior Management Consultant

The experience also reinforced CRG's belief that learning should never happen in isolation. Attendees are bringing their key takeaways back to the firm, sharing new insights, leadership frameworks, and best practices with colleagues to ensure the benefits of the conference extend beyond those who attended.

"What makes opportunities like this so impactful is being able to bring those insights back to the firm. It speaks to CRG's culture of continuous learning and a leadership team that's always open to new perspectives."Andrea Cerquera, Operations Coordinator

As CRG looks ahead, this conference represents just the beginning of a broader investment in external learning and leadership development opportunities. Supporting women in leadership, empowering emerging talent, and providing access to networks that foster growth are all part of building a stronger future for our people and our organization.

"We're incredibly proud of the team and culture we've built at CRG. Investing in our emerging leaders and providing opportunities that accelerate their growth and development will always be a top priority for us." – Adam Godfrey, Managing Partner

Ultimately, investing in our team is an investment in the future of CRG. As our people continue to learn, grow, and develop as leaders, the firm benefits from stronger capabilities, broader perspectives, and a culture that prioritizes continuous improvement.
