Elliot has 15+ years’ experience in management consulting focused on operational strategy and transformation. Dedicated to creating measurable value by tailoring his strategy and approach, Elliot specializes in leading manufacturing, supply chain and back office transformations, from strategy through to execution. Elliot’s experience in corporate transformations and operational improvement initiatives spans the public and private sectors in industries including, financial services, consumer packaged goods, construction, telecommunications, mining, transportation, retail, healthcare and industrial products. Elliot has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from York University.

Elliot serves on the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit institutions, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family when away from the office.
