Graham brings a critical and analytical lens to complex transformation challenges, helping organizations improve how they operate, organize, and deliver results. With over 10 years of experience in consulting and professional services, he has led process improvement, organizational design, operating model, and transformation initiatives across the public sector, financial services, retail, supply chain, and hospitality industries. Graham combines structured problem-solving with a collaborative, practical approach, helping teams translate strategy into sustainable change. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Outside of work, Graham is usually planning his next trip, cheering on his favourite sports teams, exploring new restaurants, or learning how to make a new cocktail.
