Manuel Ledezma

Manuel specializes in business transformation, having built, led, and advised teams across various disciplines and regions, driving efficiency and empowering human talent.
Born in the US and raised in Venezuela, Manuel brings extensive international experience, having lived in Australia, Canada, Colombia, and Germany, contributing to success in industries such as financial services, mining, manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, government, and education.
He is a graduate of the Executive Strategy Program at the University of Oxford and the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Design from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB, Manuel is also certified as a Lean–Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Agile ScrumMaster, and Organizational Coach.
Outside of work, Manuel is a Baja buggies fan and has designed and built Baja buggies for competitions. He is a father and enjoys quality time with his family and also enjoys music. Manuel plays a couple of instruments, including a traditional instrument from Venezuela called “Cuatro”.
