Raghu Balasa

Raghu has spent the past 15+ years working in consulting, banking, and within industry. His focus has been helping companies, ranging from idea stage start-ups to multinationals, launch new products and services, develop and execute corporate strategy, and operationalize business practices. Raghu’s domain knowledge is extensive as he has directly worked with organizations across capital markets, entertainment, food service, robotics, mining, logistics, construction, and private education. Raghu earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from Carleton University and an MBA from Ivey Business School.

Outside of work, Raghu enjoys playing any sport that doesn’t involve winter, running after his two little kids, traveling with the family (30 countries and counting), discovering coffee shops with his wife, and is an avid reader of John Grisham.
